We’ve tested the Instant Pot extensively over the past couple of years, and it continues to be our favorite electric pressure cooker. The Instant Pot has become nothing short of a phenomenon because it makes the wonders of pressure cooking (that is, cooking things very fast) seem practical. It’s easy to use, and it also does the job of a slow cooker and rice maker, without taking up too much space.
